Black Revolutionaries

It is rare that an American city honors Black revolutionaries, but at the corner of Dr. Huey P.  Newton Way and Mandela Parkway in Oakland--near where Newton was murdered--a sculpture of Newton has been installed by the city to honor the Black Panther leader.
