Last Black Man

The Last Black Man in San Francisco premiered at the Castro Theatre May 29. Hometown writer/director Joe Talbot said, "This is where my parents took me to see The Godfather when I was 13." For those who remember the Fillmore District before redevelopment displaced the Black community, it is a sad yet inspirational reminder of what it means to belong.
