Market and Van Ness will never be the same if the 39-story luxury condo development One Oak proceeds as proposed. 304 units doesn't sound like much, unless you factor in a realistic transportation impact analysis, which the city has intentionally ignored.

In a neighborhood with two major traffic corridors and 7,200 new units planned for development, providing 73 parking spaces at One Oak is laughable. With no on-street parking available, double parking for taxis and deliveries will create gridlock.
