Now that the Chronicle has morphed into People's Magazine, we are fortunate to have 48 Hills reporting on local news that matters. News such as broken SRO elevators stranding seniors and disabled tenants in 7th floor apartments for months--unable to shop, go to the doctor, or visit friends.
